In 2002, Julie Hall-Clarke founded the 33 Degrees prize incentive agency and has managed promotions, incentives and events domestically and internationally across many business sectors for companies such as Samsung, American Express, Coca-Cola and Toyota. The 33 Degrees DMC management team consists of Julie Hall-Clarke and Rhonda Norman, both of whom are hands-on managers who oversee all elements of every leisure or group itinerary. The extended team consists of our carefully selected project managers, guides, translators, drivers, security personnel, yacht captains, event producers, pilots and chefs. To add even more depth to your experience, we can also call on our friends including sommeliers, art advisors, photographers, musicians, fashion stylists/designers, historians, naturalists and astrologers. You can confidently expect that your requests will be handled by friendly, professional, adaptable and experienced individuals, working as a team with a tight focus on you and your specific requirements. 

Julie Hall-Clarke

Julie is a creative thinker, a marketer, a problem-solver, a juggler and a mum of three. In her marketing career she's been fortunate to travel to amazing places and has built an enviable collection of tourism contacts across the local region and internationally. The vision for 33 Degrees: Australia & New Zealand is to purposefully create the opportunity for corporate and private clients to experience authentic, well-crafted encounters with people, wildlife and nature in the most inspiring settings, with the most-knowledgeable guides, the most delicious food and in total comfort and style. Julie is based in Sydney.

Rhonda Norman

Rhonda likes precise logistics and happy clients. She's the person with spare memory cards and stand-by rain ponchos in her Mary Poppins-like bag of tricks. She has an excellent stash of wine at her house and lives her life with great passion and enthusiasm. Rhonda's professional, friendly manner and calm-under-pressure attitude are the result of her extensive experience spanning thirty years with international hotel brands such as the Ritz Carlton and Accor. The last seven years has seen Rhonda working for a boutique incentive house creating bespoke programmes for corporate Australia. Rhonda has developed, produced and executed countless travel experiences in Australia & New Zealand and also internationally. Passionate about her own country, Rhonda's excitement about sharing the very best of our region is contagious. Rhonda is based in Melbourne.

Meijuan Si

Born and raised in North Western China, Meijuan Si is a native mandarin speaker. She moved to Beijing to study at Beijing Normal University then worked in PR and local tourism. She has over 8 years experience working in the Chinese tourism industry creating unique travel programmes assisting clients from all over the world to discover the authenticity and hidden gems of China. In 2008 she moved to Australia, and has since fallen in love with its environment, humour and culture. Meijuan loves to get out of built-up environments and is a keen bush-walker. She hopes she can introduce clients from China to the best natural beauty that Australia can offer.
